1st course – Ribbon Salad – Marinated Cucumber, Carrot, and Tomatoes Sliced Thin and Wrapped into a Colorful Swirl. Topped with Goat Cheese and Fresh Herbs.
2nd course – Appetizer to share – Roasted Mushrooms Filled with a Shrimp Stuffing and Served Over a bed of Sauteed Garlic Spinach.

-NY Strip Steak Served Medium and Topped with Red Wine Caramelized Onions.
-Cod Piccata – Flakey White Fish, Lightly Breaded and Sauteed in a Delicious Blend of Lemon, White Wine, and Capers.
Both Entrees Served with Herbed Rice Pilaf and Roasted Broccolini.
