Marco D’Amico, Chef/Owner of Ulivo restaurant, will be cooking for you delicious 5 course gourmet Italian seafood dinner, and each course will be paired with hand-crafted wine, carefully selected and served by Otto Angelico, winemaker and owner of Angelico Winery. This delicious evening will be accompanied by live classical music performed by two young musician: Leah Scialla and Antonio Angelico.
1. Crab Cakes – Pan seared crab meat cake, over orange risotto tortino 2.Summer Salad – Arugula ,watermelon ,goat cheese ,toasted almonds, grilled peach in sesame raspberry vinegar vinaigrette. 3. Cavatelli Vastesi – roasted garlic asparagus cream and sauteed herbs shrimp. 4. Faroe Island Salmon – Pan roasted ,lobster saffron creamy broth. 5. Berry Zabaglione – Organic berries, espresso zabaglione and white chocolate. Open Wine Bar will be available during the evening.
