The New Jersey Wine Competition is once again accepting entries. For the second year in row, Beverage Testing Institute in Chicago will be judging the wines. Entries can be submitted during four different time periods between April 1, 2019 and July 30, 2019.

The Competition will have the following categories and corresponding ‘Best of’ awards:
Vinifera Red
Vinifera White
Hybrid Red
Hybrid White
Rose
Fortified (Port)
Sparkling
Fruit
Sweet/Dessert (R.S. ≥5%)
Best of Show Awards: Governor’s Cup for Best Red Vinifera, Governor’s Cup for Best White Vinifera, Governor’s Cup for Best Dessert Wine
All wines entered must be produced and bottled by licensed New Jersey wineries and have a labeled Appellation of Origin of: New Jersey, a county within NJ, or an approved AVA that lies within NJ.
