Is there an admission price?
If you are interested in sampling, there is an admission fee. Everyone who pays the admission price will receive a wine glass and a wristband. With this wristband and wine glass, you can sample each of the wines that the wineries have at the festival. Please note that once you pay the admission fee and receive your wristband and glass – no refunds will be given. You must indicate you are NOT sampling upon entry.

I am not drinking – do I still have to pay the admission price?
If you do not wish to partake in the wine tasting and you are 21 years or older, there is an entrance fee of $5 (where applicable). Anyone that is under 21 is free.

When and where can I buy tickets?
Tickets can be purchased IN ADVANCE of a festival by clicking this link for a discounted rate. Additional service charge applies to advance purchased tickets. Discount Advance Tickets will no longer be available for purchase or reprinting after 11:59pm on Friday before the festival.  Tickets will be available at the Admissions Tent at the festival from 11:30 am until 4:00 pm. Advanced purchased tickets are valid either Saturday or Sunday.

What time do ticket sales end?
Ticket sales end at 4:00 pm each day of the festival.

Do you offer a two-day pass?
We do! We now offer a two-day pass for a discounted fee. Passes can be purchased in advance at or at the Admission Tent on Saturday. You can upgrade your ticket on Saturday until 4:00pm. You will obtain a “Sunday” ticket when you receive your wristband on Saturday which you will need to redeem for a NEW GLASS and a NEW WRISTBAND on Sunday.

Do you accept Credit Cards?
Credit cards are accepted at the gate to purchase admission. A majority of the wineries accept credit cards for the purchase of bottles and cases. Some of the food vendors and crafters take cash only.

Is there parking?
Parking is complimentary at most of the festivals and ample at all festivals. Some venues do have a parking fee. It will be posted on the event page. Parking will be either at or very near each site, never more than a short walk. 

Can I purchase wine by the bottle and/or case at the festival?

YES! Each winery will be selling their wines by the bottle & case.  Make sure to find out about our convenient wine pick up service that makes it easy to purchase a case of wine and have it waiting for you when you leave the festival.

Will I be able to enjoy a bottle of wine that I purchased during the festival?

Patrons of the festival will be able to enjoy their purchased bottle(s) of wine during the festival at the Wine & BBQ Experience, Jersey Fresh Grand Harvest Wine Festival and Cape May Wine Experience. Patrons must stay within the festival grounds with all open containers.  As always, the festival requires responsible consumption.

Patrons are NOT PERMITTED to open bottles at this time at the Wine & Music Festival at The Horse Park of NJ. This rule is strictly enforced.

Are kids permitted?
Kids are welcome to join! Our festivals make for a great family outing! We offer a small kids area with crafts and activities.

Are kids free?
Anyone who is under the age of 21 is free.

Are coolers and outside food/alcohol allowed at the festival?
Picnic baskets and outside coolers are permitted at the festival however NO outside alcohol is allowed. We will ask you to have your coolers open as you enter the festival so we can check for any outside alcohol.

Will there be food available?
Food and beverages (non-alcoholic) will be available for purchase at our festivals.

What is there besides wine sampling?
Our festivals are great for the entire family – Music adds a great ambiance to our festival. Each day of a festival will feature a band. We also have a great artisan crafter area and kids area.

Can I bring an umbrella or tent?
Pop-up style tents and large beach or patio style umbrellas are NOT PERMITTED. This includes umbrellas that attach to chairs, strollers, wagons etc. These items can act as a sail and launch which puts other patrons at risk. Due to liability issues we unfortunately can no longer allow such items at our festivals. Whenever possible, we set up shade tents at the festivals.

What can I bring?
Blankets, camping or beach chairs, camping or portable tables, etc are all permitted.

Are pets allowed?
Pets ARE NOT permitted at the Jersey Fresh Grand Harvest Wine Festival, Wine & Music Experience at The Horse Park of NJ and Cape May Wine Experience. Assisting animals are permitted, however you must provide proof.

Pets are permitted at Wine & BBQ Experience as per the venue but they MUST be kept on a leash at all times!

How do I get a group rate?
Groups consist of 16 or more people. Please contact the GSWGA in advance to make arrangements to receive the group rate – for more details and to make arrangements. Group rate tickets will not be sold at the door – all group rate tickets must be purchased in advance. In order to receive this discounted group rate ($22/person) you entire group must enter the festival at the same time.

Can I rent a tent?
Yes! We are offering the opportunity for patrons to reserve private party tents at the Wine & Music Experience and the Jersey Fresh Grand Harvest Wine Festival. Tents cost $200 and include a 10×10′ covered area for you and your party. Please contact us at to make a reservation. Tents are limited and reservations are not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation and the payment for the reservation has been received by the deadline. Reservations are first come first serve.
