Marketspace Vendor Events and James off Main Caterers announce their inaugural Wine, Jazz & Artisan Festival at Tranquillity Farms in Andover, New Jersey on June 5 & 6, 2021. The outdoor festival spotlights wine from Unionville Vineyards and White Horse Winery on Tranquillity’s 600-acre Sussex County farm.
Sessions are ticketed and masking is optional as per Governor Murphy’s recent executive order.
The Wine, Jazz & Artisan Festival is unique in its kind, featuring locally harvested farm-to-table food and charcuterie board pairings with New Jersey grown wine and more than 40 independent artisan craft makers from around the New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania area. The event is set against a scenic farm and mountain backdrop complete with jazz sounds by the Bob Noble Jazz Trio and Dominic Palombi Jazz Trio throughout the three session times.
General Manager of James off Main, Kevin Asciutto, describes: “This event is really the only one of its kind that is combining jazz music, local New Jersey grown wine tastings and bottle sales, a farm-to-table menu designed by our own Chef Bill Van Pelt, artisan makers and family-friendly activities. Guest safety is our top priority and we are thrilled that we are able to execute this event while following state and local COVID-19 guidelines. The past two events we’ve hosted with Marketspace at Tranquillity have exceeded our expectations, so we’re really excited for the Wine & Jazz Festival turnout.”
The two-day festival showcases a variety of locally handcrafted goods including artisanal toffee, fudge and coffee, wood art, hand-poured candles and soaps, and silver-smithed jewelry. Tickets are available for pre-sale via www.winejazznj.com and include a commemorative wine glass for adults and entrance to the live jazz music for all ages. Kid-friendly farm activities are available at no charge or for a small additional fee, including a hay slide, playground, cow train rides, petting zoo, and in-ground bounce pillow.
