Join us for an evening with winemaker David Gardner as he leads a discussion on wine blending and workshop of Bordeaux Wines on Friday April 19th at 7:30pm.
The class will begin with David discussing his process on making a wine blend, Bordeaux Wines (Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Petit Verdot Wines) and step by step on how to make a successful and delicious wine blend. Once he is finished with his process each group will make their own blends using Bordeaux style wines.
What is Included in a Ticket:
- A discussion and workshop with David on Bordeaux Wines and the process of wine blending
- A 750ml bottle of your group’s wine blend to be picked up at a later date.
- A souvenir Bellview Winery wine glass
How to Purchase Tickets:
Below, tickets are grouped together depending on your group size. Each group will work together to make their own wine blend that will be bottled. Single tickets may be purchased and any single ticket will be placed with another group for the workshop portion of the class.
