The meal includes 3 -4oz glasses of wine paired with your choice of appetizer, main course, and dessert. Mary’s Mobile Diner will be preparing the food on the premises. There will be 2 choices for appetizers ( Caprisi salad or New England Clam Chowders), 3 choices for the main entree (see below), and 2 choices for dessert ( Almond Biscotti Cake or NY Cheesecake). Each choice can be paired with one of our wonderful wines. The cost of this event is $60 per person and gratuity is included.
To help with preparation, please purchase your ticket based on your main entree choice:
1) Herb Roasted Pork drizzled with rosemary herbed pork gravy
2) Grilled wild caught shrimp topped with a lump crab cake stuffing with a garlic butter sauce
3) Baked Eggplant layered with fresh mozzarella, mild provolone, grilled sliced stem tomatoes, topped with chopped roasted red peppers and fresh tomato basil sauce., finished with fresh grated parmagiano reggiano cheese and fresh chopped basil
The event will be held in tents outside of our main tasting room. The tents will have walls up for wind and weather. They will also have propane and electric heaters to help combat the cold. Heated bathrooms are located in the building.
All Covid precautions will be taken. We ask anyone in attendance to wear a mask when they are walking around. Masks can be removed when seated.
