Fed Red paired with a red wine truffle

Salty, Savory, & Sweet Pairing – 
Our Vidal Blanc paired with a wedge of brie, sliced apples, and sea salt crackers 
Rosé paired with cured salmon gravlax with a caper dill sauce on a baguette 
Fed Red paired with a flourless chocolate torte with raspberry coulis.
