Join instructor Deja Houser for an outdoor mat pilates class designed to strengthen your core, improve your flexibility, and leave you feeling energized. This 50-minute flow will focus on breath work, controlled movements, and mindful alignment all while enjoying fresh air and vineyard views. This class is open to both beginners and seasoned movers. In case of inclement weather, the class will be held on the heated patio.
