Join us for a one-of-a-kind meditative experience in our horse stable that seamlessly transitions into a sound healing experience, integrating crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, rattles, rainstick, and crystal singing pyramids. The frequencies and vibrations help us enter an altered state of consciousness in which we are better able to directly reach the wounded parts of ourselves, offer healing, and come back into alignment. The sound journey will last approximately 60 minutes and we’ll close the evening with an optional group discussion afterwards. Please dress comfortably and weather-appropriate. Bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, bolster or rolled up towel for under your knees, water, and eye covering to make yourself comfortable and truly emerge in the vibration. You may choose to bring a camping or beach chair if that provides more comfort. A journal is recommended to record your experiences while they are fresh in your mind.

You will be provided with a free glass of wine following the class and are encouraged to stay for a meal afterwards.
