Mozzarella 101 Cheese Making Class at Laurita July 26 and 27
We have paired with NJ cheesemakers the Aiello family of Dairy Maid to offer number of delicious dishes complemented by the famous Jersey Tomatoes which are at the height of their short season. Our Tailgate and Windswept White wines are great match to the texture and slightly salty taste of the cheese. And, the Reserve Chardonnay pairs well with the rich and creamy Burrata. The menu is offered all hours in the Marketplace on Saturday 12-9 and Sunday. 12-6.
