Vine-to-Wine: The Art and Science of Wine Making
This course covers the basic concepts of vinticulture and winemaking for the wine enthusiast or novice who wants to learn the secret of the ancient art and modern science of producing wine. The course introduces the fundamental concepts of site selection, planting, processing, bottling and aging, as well as historical highlights of wine, tour of the facility, and an introduction to wine tasting & appreciation techniques.
