Main Street Fine Catering of Princeton will serve a seasonal buffet dinner, and the open bar will feature the full portfolio of Unionville wines. Enjoy live music and take a guided excursion with one of the winemakers to the Crush Pad, where (conditions permitting) you’ll have the opportunity to observe the crushing, pressing, and fermentation of the 2017 grape harvest!
