Allow Christina Flanagan, a certified Integrative Wellness Coach, to gently guide us into moments of calm enhanced with essential oils and crystal energy. Our experience will be shaped around breath awareness, a body scan, sound vibration and attention to our inner being. Studies have shown that meditation has been proven to assist many different types of people in dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and overall wellness. Christina will also touch on the senses that wine enhances to remind of us the mindfulness behind the glass. No experience necessary!
