This is a must-attend event for those growing, or interested in growing grapes for the wine industry in New Jersey. It is open to the public. Morning sessions will be augmented by concurrent afternoon sessions, one of which will be headlined by wine making consultant Clark Smith, author of “Postmodern Winemaking.”
