Evening in Tuscany- a 6 Course dinner with Aaron Caruso.
Soup: Traditional Tuscan Ribollito, a vegetable and bread soup simmered with white beans, sweet/spicy Tuscan sausage and vegetables served with bread in the bowl. Available as vegetarian.
Salad: Arugula, fresh pears, candied walnuts, and gorgonzola cheese with a fresh herb vinaigrette.
Pasta: Porcini Pici with grilled white asparagus in a creamy basil sauce.
Entrée: Parmesan and herb crusted local farm raised pork loin served on a tomato, mushroom, yellow squash and zucchini ragout.
Vegetarian – eggplant parmesan served on a tomato, mushroom, yellow squash and zucchini ragout.
Dessert: Handmade biscotti with vanilla gelato drizzled with Cava chocolate port.
