Hawk Haven Winery has teamed up with the folks at Island Grill to prepare a farm-to-table upscale barbecue dinner featuring locally sourced ingredients. Enjoy a rustic buffet style dinner prepared by Executive Chef Joshua Day of the Island Grill in Cape May. Listen to live music by Lelah & Jay as you sip on a signature sangria made with Hawk Haven wines blended with fruits and herbs from the Windy Acres greenhouse. In addition to contributing to the menu, Cherry Grove Farms will be selling their artisanal cheeses, as well as homemade sausages from Gaiss’ Market.
