A Seasonal Celebration of Wine & Field
You won’t want to miss this! Join us for a very special evening as we host our first ever dinner in the vineyard at Saddlehill! All dishes will be served family-style for the entire table, so you will be able to sample a wide variety of our delectable farm-to-table offerings.
Our chef-curated menu is complete with expertly-paired wines of Sauvignon Blanc, Grand Reserve Chardonnay, Couer d’Est, and Cabernet Sauvignon for the table.
Dress Code: Wine country cocktail attire is requested.
Seating is limited. Tickets are $100/pp before tax and gratuity and are non-refundable. Anyone under 21 is not permitted. Menu substitutions are not available. Due to the event location, wine selections will be limited to our chosen pairings. In the event of inclement weather, this dinner will be moved indoors.

STARTERS
- Cowboy Charcuterie Board – A bold arrangement of local and house-cured meats, artisanal cheeses, pickled farm vegetables, grain mustard, honeycomb, and grilled sourdough
- Farmhouse Salad – Tender greens, shaved radish, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, wild honey vinaigrette, toasted sunflower seeds
- Zucchini fritters with herbed sour cream
- Vineyard Veggies
- Mushroom & Caprese Flatbreads
- Arancini – Crispy risotto bites stuffed with fontina, served with a smoked tomato aioli
ENTREES
- Pan-Roasted Airline Chicken – Served over creamy polenta with braised fennel and field greens, lemon-herb jus
- Braised Short Rib – Red wine-braised beef, whipped Yukon gold potatoes, roasted carrots, rosemary & cab franc jus
- Roasted Halibut – Herb-crusted, over sweet corn succotash and tomato-basil beurre blanc
- Seasonal Vegetable Plate (Vegan/GF) – Wood-grilled eggplant and fall vegetables, heirloom grains, and romesco
DESSERT
- Apple Cider Donut Cobbler – Warm cinnamon-spiced apples baked under cider donut crumbles, served with whipped cream
- French press coffee and farm-grown herbal tea will be available upon request.
