Chefs Odil & Lena Koorie (sisters/owners) of Daddy’s Place in Easton will prepare a luscious Lebanese dinner for us.  Prepare to leave stuffed like a grape leaf!

Mezza Plate (sald-appetizer-combo) – baby greens topped with Cucmber Labne, Beirut-style Hummus, Tabouli, Feta and Domathakia (made with Villa Milagro Vineyard grape leaves!)

Main –  Lebanese Kabobs of beef & lamb (marinated then grilled to perfection), classic rice with toasted almonds, skewered, grilled fresh vegetables

Dessert – Baklava, Maamoul, Babousa and Coffee (desserts made by women of Our Lady of Lebanon Maronite Catholic Church, Easton)
