About Rebel Sheep Wine Co.
We established Stony Hill Farms in 1988 with cut orchid flowers and have grown to offer sustainably produced fruits and vegetables to our local community. Our produce is a product of homegrown love and dedication to delivering the best quality that the Garden State has to offer.
In 2021, following an exceptional apple harvest, we faced an abundance of apples with no place to go. Thus, Rebel Sheep Wine Co. was born. We embarked on a journey to create unique wines and ciders from our homegrown fruits. Two years later, we proudly obtained our license to share our handcrafted creations with the public.
Our name, Rebel Sheep, reflects our unique approach at the wine industry. We craft wines and ciders exclusively from the fruits and vegetables we grow on our farm in Morris County, NJ, without using traditional wine grapes. Standing apart from the herd, we embrace the Garden State’s rich produce to create truly distinctive flavors.
