Brook Hollow Winery is renowned for its range of terroir-driven wines, from traditional dry selections to the cult favorite Cranberry Wine, crafted from 100% Garden State grown cranberries.
Owner and winemaker Paul Ritter says the holiday season is Brook Hollow’s favorite time, because they get to “help our customers make their celebrations unforgettable with the incredible wines we have to offer!”
Ritter notes that their ultra-popular Cranberry Wine bottling inspired them to create three different expressions of the grape: Dry Table Cranberry, Sweet Dessert Cranberry, and Sparkling Cranberry. Each one has its own specific flavor profile, ideal for holiday pairings, from appetizer to dessert.
“With 25 wines now available, there’s truly something for every palate, from dry to sweet, and everything in between,” Ritter says.
Thirsty to experience it yourself? Brook Hollow is open seven days a week, and every Friday evening, they offer a delicious $10 dinner, paired with live music and plenty of wine on offer. If you have a special event planned, Brook Hollow offers an elegant and spacious event facility.
