Spotlight On: Beneduce Vineyards

The team at Beneduce Vineyards grows all of its own grapes on its 77-acre, regeneratively farmed estate winery in the rolling hills of Hunterdon County. The high-elevation site offers deep soils, a consistent breeze, and a range of slopes and aspects suitable for different grape varieties.

Mike Beneduce says the Autumn season is gearing up to be one of Beneduce’s best, with a new release of the 2024 Dry Riesling to look forward to.

“It’s the crown jewel of our white wines,” he says. “It’s crisp, energetic, and powerful, with notes of fresh apricot, jasmine, and flint.”

And mark your calendar for several fun events at Beneduce:

On October 30, Beneduce is hosting a Wine & Cigar Pairing from 6:30 to 8:30 pm. Antonio Lam, owner of Reinado Cigars, is returning for another fun night alongside George Conley, Beneduce’s head of hospitality and a certified sommelier. Pair great cigars with estate-grown wines, and enjoy a cigar to go. Cheese and salumi will also be served.

On November 13 from 6:30 to 8 pm, gear up for a Friendsgiving Food & Wine Pairing with George Conley, Beneduce’s head of hospitality and a certified sommelier leading the charge through a series of wines + Thanksgiving classics. Stay tuned for reservation details!
