Wine Trails

2009 GSWGA Wine Trail Events:

• Walk In The Vineyard Weekend:  July 11 & 12, 2009

• Holiday Wine Trail Weekend: November 27, 28 & 29, 2009

Our scheduled Wine Trail Weekends give you the opportunity to plan special day trips to New Jersey's wineries. Create your own New Jersey Wine Trail! Start and finish wherever you like, and visit the wineries in the order that you choose. Please check to make sure each winery you plan to visit is participating in the event before you start out. Click here for maps and winery listings.

Get your PASSPORT . . . to the Wine Country of New Jersey!
Pick up your New Jersey Wine Country Passport at participating wineries and the Jersey Fresh Festival, Heritage Vineyards, August 8 & 9! Bring your Passport to each participating winery you visit and have it stamped. Once the Passport is fully stamped, just mail it back to the Garden State Wine Growers Association, for a distinctive, complimentary gift — plus a chance to win the Grand Prize: A River Cruise through the French Wine Country.

As always, we urge you to drink responsibly - please use a designated driver to make sure everyone has a fun, safe trip.

Have the passport stamped at each winery you visit and when it’s completed, return the completed passport to us for a distinctive complimentary gift ($50 value). Your completed passport is also your ticket to enter the drawing for our fabulous Grand Prize – an enchanting River Cruise for Two through the French Wine Country!

Lucky winners will drift up France’s scenic Saône and Rhône Rivers past some of the most beautiful vineyards and vistas in the French countryside. During your 8-day journey, you’ll explore the famed region of Burgundy and the lavender fields of Provence, and visit Gallo-Roman ruins in both Vienne and Arles. You’ll walk the cobbled streets of Arles to see how it inspired Vincent van Gogh and visit the historic Papal Palace in Avignon, “City of the Popes.” This exciting trip will allow you to learn first hand about the region’s time-honored winemaking traditions, sample Burgundy varietals and try the famed Provençal cuisine in Lyon.
